Pinot Grigio

  • Obtained from the finest grapes of our vineyards in the Friuli DOC area, located in the heart of Friuli Venezia Giulia, a land that yields high quality wines.

  • The grapes are de-stemmed, separating grapes from stalks and then pressed.

After the pressing follows a delicate period on the skins which ends with the soft pressing.

For a better limpidity, the must is decanted and then filtered.

The must is fermented in steel tanks at a controlled temperature in order to favor the development and preservation of the natural aromas and scents of the grapes.

The wine is then aged, stabilized and finally bottled.

chianti

  • Exhibits the essence of black cherry, ripe plum and spice.

    Smooth and not too dry.

pinot noir

  • The production area includes a wide surface on the plain of the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region.

This land is well known for its profound winemaking expertise.

The nature of the soil and the particularly mild climate have contributed to create the best conditions for the vine growth.

  • The grapes are pressed and fermented with the skins for 5-6 days under a controlled temperature.

A second pressing follows, and then the wine is transferred into steel tanks to complete the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation.

After the stabilization procedure, the wine is bottled using modern technologies.
